READ BEFORE BUYING: No refunds allowed unless the event is cancelled altogether or moved for next year. Refunds will only be considered when there is a medical emergency (medical proof must be provided).
TRANSFER OF TICKETS: It is allowed. But transfers are only accepted 5 days before the event.
TICKET CREDIT: Tickets are credited to the next event (following year) only if they're requested before the event takes place (5 days).
NO SHOW: If the ticket holder did not use the ticket (no show), it is forfeited and considered "used."
