Here is the procedure for transferring a Full Pass for the upcoming festival:

 

- Send an email to bachatamega55@gmail.com

- In the email, make sure to CC the new pass holder.

- Attach the receipt confirmation of the ticket purchase made by the original buyer. If preferred, the receipt can be sent separately.

- Include a note in the email explaining the reason for the transfer of the pass.

- Wait for a reply confirmation email from the festival staff. This email will serve as certification for the new pass holder.

- The new pass holder will be listed on the Will Call list for the day of the festival.

- On the day of the event, the new pass holder must bring the reply confirmation email received from the festival staff to the registration area.

- At the registration area, the new pass holder will obtain their wristband for entry.

Please note that pass transfers are only applicable for Full Pass tickets. Other pass types are not eligible for transfer.
