Full Pass
The Full Pass includes the complete Hawaii Dance Expo experience for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, including all workshops, social dancing, performances, and scheduled activities during those three days.
Gold Pass
The Gold Pass includes everything in the Full Pass, plus all official Hawaii Dance Expo activities from Thursday through Monday, giving you the complete five-night, four-day festival experience.
For a complete list of benefits included with each pass, please visit our Tickets page.
Are passes refundable?
No. All ticket and pass purchases are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued if Hawaii Dance Expo is officially canceled by the event organizers.

Yes, but only Full Passes and Gold Passes may be transferred.
Pass transfers must be requested at least seven (7) days before the event.
Single-Day Passes and Night Passes are non-transferable.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes.
Tickets are available at the door, subject to availability.
Please note that door prices are generally higher than online advance pricing, so we encourage purchasing your pass in advance whenever possible.
Can I attend only the evening socials?
Absolutely.
Evening Social Passes are available and are typically purchased at the door on the night of the event.
Do I need a dance partner?
No.
Most workshops rotate partners throughout the class, making it easy to meet new people while learning from a variety of dancers.
You're welcome to attend with or without a partner.
Which dance level should I attend?
Choose the workshop level that best matches your experience.
If you've never danced before, we recommend attending Beginner classes.
Many workshops are also designated as Open Level or All Levels, making them suitable for a wide range of dancers. Feel free to challenge yourself, but most importantly, choose the classes where you'll have the most fun and enjoy the learning experience.
